Delivery & Returns

Learn more about how our delivery and return service, and find the perfect solution for you.

Moreton Hire have warehouses in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, all stocked with our product range, with the majority of our products suitable to be transported across all states.
The delivery method and cost varies depending on the size of your order, labour requirements, location, time of day and speed of delivery. Our account managers work together to align timing and deliveries in your location and deliver as seamlessly as possible.
When placing your order with Moreton Hire, you can select your date for delivery, and our teams will endeavour to deliver at a time suitable for you.
For smaller orders, we offer a Click and Collect service, whereby customers can collect and return the order directly to/from a Moreton Hire warehouse. For Exhibitors, generally orders are collated and delivered to the venue during the allocated time periods. Please liaise with your Exhibition Account Manager to discuss transport, labour and installation requirements.

Damage Waiver

To ensure we maintain a high standard on all our furniture and equipment, a mandatory damage waiver is applied to all orders. The damage waiver covers customers for any loss, theft or damage of the products being hired.
All our products are commercially suitable, but accidents do happen in high traffic environments. The waiver ensures the products can be repaired and carefully maintained for the next customer.
The damage waiver does not cover for damages exceeding $50,000. Please read the full Terms and Conditions for more details and prior to making a hire purchase with Moreton Hire.

HIre Periods

There is no limit to the length of time you hire products from Moreton Hire. For large volume or long-term hire, the price may vary to factor in the size of your order.
Moreton Hire pricing considers product volumes, length of hire, delivery requirements, customer loyalty and additional service fees.
